Our history

The company was founded on 09.11.1915, as C.A.M.M. Società Anonima Cooperativa Consorzio Approvvigionamenti fra Metallurgici e Meccanici.
In 1919 the company name was modified to CAM Società Anonima Cooperativa Consorzio Approvvigionamenti fra Meccanici e Affini
Year 1922 saw a new change in the name: Società Consumatori Combustibili & Ghise, formerly the CAM Consorzio.
CAM Energia e Calore S.p.A. represents a subsequent variation and following a spin-off of the two divisions, two different companies were established, namely CAM Petroli S.r.l., operating in the trade of petroleum products, and CAM PRODOTTI S.r.l., operating in the metallurgical sector, established in 1983, both owned by the CAMFIN Group.
In 1994, the company CAM PRODOTTI S.r.l. was taken over by Dr. Lino Magri, who renamed it TESI S.r.l., later TESI S.p.A.

Today the operational headquarters are located in Monza, about 10 km from Milan.

The staff consists of 10 people.
